| 摘 要： | 基于上海市名中医秦亮甫教授“ 病变在脑， 首取督脉” 理论， 分析儿童注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD） 的病因病机。笔者认为，儿童ADHD的病机关键为动静失制、阴阳失调，而肾精不足、髓海空虚导致神机失用是该病的发病基础，治疗上应疏通督脉以调神机。通督调神法从督论治儿童ADHD疗效显著，为中医临床诊治本病拓宽了思路。

| Abstract: | Abstract： Based on the theory of Professor QIN Liangfu， a famous traditional Chinese medicinepractitioner in Shanghai，namely the idea that "the disease is in the brain，and the first thing is to get thegovernor vessel"， this paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of attention deficit hyperactivitydisorder (ADHD) in children. The authors believe that the key pathogenesis of children with ADHD is thedysregulation of static and dynamic，and the disharmony of yin and yang；the deficiency of kidney essenceand the emptiness of the sea of marrow lead to the deactivation of the vital activity，which is the basis ofthe disease. In treatment， the governor vessel should be unblocked in order to regulate vital activity. Themethod of regulating the governor vessel and the spirit has a significant therapeutic effect on children withADHD，which broadens the way of thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease. |
