骨盆肿瘤的碘油栓塞治疗(附12例报告)

目的 探讨骨盆肿瘤碘油栓塞治疗的可行性。材料与方法 对１２例骨盆肿瘤中层得进行局部动脉灌注化疗及多支肿瘤供血动脉的碘油栓塞治疗，并以明胶海绵或弹簧圈增强栓塞疗效。其中纤维肉瘤１例。软骨肉瘤、骨肉瘤各２例，转移瘤７例，结果 术后复查见肿瘤供养血管完全闭塞，肿瘤染色明显减少，瘤区明显碘油沉积，临床症状减轻，栓塞后手术出血量少，病检肿瘤组织部分坏死，无严重并发症。结论 碘油栓塞治疗骨盆肿瘤安全、可行、临

Lipiodol Embolization Treatment for Pelvic Tumors: A Report of 12 Cases

Objective To investigate the feasibility of Lipiodol embolization for treating pelvic tumors.Materials and Methods Twelve patients with pelvic tumors were treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. The lesions included fibrosarcoma (n=1), chondrosarcoma (n=2), osteosarcoma (n=2) and metastatic tumors (n=7). In each case the tumor feeding arteries were occluded with Lipiodol, in order to strengthen the embolization effect gelfoam or steel coil was added.Results Decreased tumor stain, shrinkage and necrosis of the tumor, marked deposition of Lipiodol within the tumor were seen in all cases after the procedure, while clinical symptoms were also relieved. No serious complications occurred.Conclusion Lipiodol embolization is a safe and effective palliative method of therapy for pelvic tumors.
