摘    要:目的 通过对突发性聋患者进行前庭自旋转试验(vestibular autorotation test,VAT) 检查,探讨前庭功能与突聋预后的关系.方法 对28例突发性聋患者进行前庭自旋转试验检查,从听力曲线类型、伴随症状、疗效三方面进行统计学分析.结果 按听力曲线类型分组,VAT结果组间无统计学差异(α=0.05, χ2=3.6475,P=0.3021);按突聋有无伴随症状分组,VAT结果组间无统计学差异(α=0.05,χ2=0.3119, P=0.5765);按突聋疗效分组,VAT结果组间有统计学差异(α=0.05,χ2=8.4207,P=0.0381).结论 突聋患者听力曲线类型及伴随症状的产生与前庭功能无关,前庭功能检查结果对判定突聋疗效有一定指导意义.

Abstract:Objective TO assess the vestibular functions and prognosis of patients with sudden hearing loss (SHL) by conducting the vestibular autorotation test(VAT). Methods Twentyeight patients received the vestibular autorotation test. The chi-square (x 2) test was used to evaluate the correlation of VAT findings with various audiometric configurations, clinical symptoms and treatment outcomes. Results There were no significant differences in VAT between the groups with different types of audiograms(α=0.05,x 2=3.6475,P=0.3021), nor were between the group with clinical symptoms and that without(α =0.05,x 2=0.3119,P=0.5765).However, there was significant difference in VAT between groups with differentcurativeeffects(α =0.05, x 2=8.4207,P=0.0381). Conclusion The audiometric configurations and symptoms exhibited no relationship with the vestibular functions of SHL patients, but the VAT results can be used to evaluate the curative effects.
