腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆管损伤的原因及预防

目的：总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆管损伤的原因及预防措施。方法：回顾分析950例腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床资料。结果：完成942例，中转手术8例，950例全部治愈，无1例胆管损伤并发症发生。结论：严格的技术培训；仔细解剖Calot三角；严守操作规程；避免盲目或轻率的钳夹、电切、电凝；适时中转手术是成功避免LC术中胆管损伤的关键。

The cause and prevention of bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective:To summarize the causes and prevention of bile duct injuries during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:The clinical data in 950 cases of LC were analyzed retrospectively.Results:LC was performed on 942 cases,8 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy.All patients were cured without complications of biliary tract injury. Conclusion:It is key point for preventing biliary tract injury to carry out strictly the technique trainning,dissect the Calot triangle carefully,observe the operative rule strictly,avoid clipping,electric excision and electro coagulation blindly and convert to open cholecystectomy in time.
