| 摘 要： | 目的探讨软脉灵口服液对血脂和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法选择血脂高于正常且有颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的患者60例,随机分为3组,每组20例。软脉灵组口服软脉灵口服液每次10mL,每日3次。辛伐他汀组口服辛伐他汀每次20mg,每日1次。联合治疗组每日同时服用软脉灵口服液和辛伐他汀,用法、用量与单药治疗组相同,3组疗程均为6个月,观察3组患者颈动脉斑块和血脂变化。结果3组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均有明显降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平升高,颈动脉内-中膜厚度缩小,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后软脉灵组和辛伐他汀组血脂水平、颈动脉内-中膜厚度比较无统计学意义(P0.05);联合治疗组与软脉灵组、辛伐他汀组治疗后比较,血脂水平、颈动脉内-中膜厚度差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且软脉灵组未发现不良反应。结论软脉灵能有效改善血脂水平,稳定颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,联合他汀类药物使用疗效更佳,且安全性好。
