人工肝治疗病人的陪护人员手卫生现状调查

目的:加强人工肝治疗病人的陪护人员手卫生管理,提高手卫生质量,以保障病患及自身安全。方法:自设问卷调查表,了解50名陪护人员的手清洁卫生行为,指导正确洗手并对洗手前后手部采样进行细菌培养及菌落计数。结果:调查中36%陪护人员认为洗手的用途不确切,高达48%人员洗手不使用洗护用品。陪护人员手部培养出两种及以上细菌占78%。结论:人工肝治疗病人其陪护人员的手卫生状况亟待改善,需树立手卫生意识,提高手卫生执行率。

Investigation of hand hygiene among accompanying people of artificial-liver patient

Objective:To strengthen the management of hand hygiene of accompanying people of artificial-liver patient to enhance hand hygiene quality and protect patients and the accompanying people themselves.Methods:Self-designed questionares to obtain the behavior hand hygiene of 50 accompanying people,direct them to wash hands correctly and take samples for bacteria culture and colony count before and after handwashing.Results:In investigation found 36% accompanying people are quite uncertain about the usefulness of handwashing and 48% of them did not use any handwashing detergent,78% of them were cultured positive of over two type of bacteria.Conclusion:The hand hygiene of accompanying people of artificial-liver patients must be improved,hygiene consciousness should be established and hand hygiene be more correctly exicuted.
