20世纪前叶我国卫生(健康)教育机构发展概况

1929年教育部与卫生部协调组织“学校卫生委员会”,以推进学校卫生教育,为我国最早的卫生教育机构,同年《学校卫生实施方案》和《卫生教育实施方案》颁布,为我国最早颁布有关卫生（健康）教育的重要法规。其中关于建立卫生（健康）教育机构的要求,推动了各省市甚至县级卫生（健康）教育委员会的成立,从1947年前20余省市资料所见,机构名称约有1／2称健康教育委员会,余称卫生教育委员会等,大部分隶属于教育厅（局）,但其主要工作是针对学校的学生,少数省市将民众（公共）健康教育列入工作目标。

Introduction to health education institutions in China in the first half of 20th century

The "Schod Hygienic Committee established in 1929 by coordinated work of ministry of Health and Eduealian was the earliest health education institution,promoting school hygiene education.In the same year,the "Project of School hygiene" and "Project of Health Education"were issued which were the important regulations for hygienic education in which the require ments for hygienic education unit pushed the settig up of provincial or county hygienic edueation committee.Based on materials from over 20 provinces and cities,about a half of the units were named health education committee,the others were called hygienic edueation committee,mostly attached to the Bureau of Education with its tasks aiming at students.In a few provinses and cities,health education were listed in their working program.
