前列清巴布贴神阙穴敷贴治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床研究

目的:比较神阙穴敷贴前列清巴布贴与关元穴、长强穴敷贴治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组,分别给予口服舍尼通加神阙穴敷贴前列清巴布贴、口服舍尼通加关元穴敷贴前列清巴布贴、口服舍尼通加长强穴敷贴前列清巴布贴治疗。观察治疗前后各组患者NIH-CPSI评分、前列腺液参数及评分,比较其临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,比对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组均有优势(P<0.05);对照Ⅱ组优于对照Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。在改善前列腺液参数、降低NIH-CPSI症状积分方面,治疗组优于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴前列清巴布贴外治慢性前列腺炎有较好的临床疗效,神阙穴敷贴比关元穴、长强穴敷贴效果更好。

Clinical observation of bellybutton point external application on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis by qianlieqing babu plaster

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of bellybutton point application by Qianlieqing Babu plaster on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.Methods 60 cases of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis were randomized into treatment group,control groupⅠand control groupⅡ,and treated successively with bellybutton point application by Qianlieqing Babu plaster combined with Prostat Tablets,guanyuan point application by Qianlieqing Babu plaster combined with Prostat Tablets and long-strong point application by Qianlieqing Babu plaster combined with Prostat Tablets.The therapeutic effect of the three groups was observed,and the symptom scoring according to the chronic prostatitis symptom index given by National Institutes of Health(NIH-CPSI) and the examinations on parameters of prostatic fluid were carried out before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,better than the control groupⅠand the control groupⅡ,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the control groupⅡwas better than the control group Ⅰ(P<0.05).In improving the parameters of prostatic fluid and decreasing the NIH-CPSI scores,the treatment group was better than the control groupⅠand the control groupⅡ(P<0.05).Conclusion Qianlieqing Babu plaster is effective for the chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.Bellybutton point application is a more satisfactory way.
