| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨半枝莲对白血病细胞株K562/A02耐药性逆转能力的影响。方法:体外培养K562细胞,分别加入高三尖杉酯碱(HHT)、长春新碱(VCR)、阿霉素(ADM)3种药物得到耐药细胞株K562/A02,MTT比色法检测半枝莲含药血清对3种K562/A02耐药性逆转作用的影响。结果:不同浓度的半枝莲含药血清均能够逆转K562/A02细胞的多药耐药性。结论:半枝莲在一定程度上能够逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性,提高对化疗药物的敏感性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of Herba Scutellariae Barbatae reversal the resistance of drug about leukemia cell line K562/A02.Methods:K562 cells in vitro were added to the base homoharringtonine(HHT),vincristine(VCR),adriamycin(ADM)-resistant cell lines obtained three drugs K562/A02.MTT colorimetric assay the reversal effect of serum containing the three barbata K562/A02 resistance Results: Different concentrations of Scutellaria barbata extract K562/A02 cells were able to reverse multidrug resistance.Conclusion: Barbata can reverse the multidrug resistance of tumor cells to some extent and increase the sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs. |
