脂必安胶囊对大鼠实验性动脉粥样硬化的干预作用

目的:观察脂必安胶囊对大鼠实验性动脉粥样硬化的干预作用。方法:采用高脂饮食加球囊损伤手术复制大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型,测定主动脉斑块的病变分级、冠状动脉粥样硬化病变发生率及粥样硬化病变程度与主动脉的病理检查情况。结果:脂必安胶囊能降低主动脉斑块的病变等级及粥样硬化面积,降低内膜厚度,增加中膜厚度,减轻斑块阻塞管腔等级,降低动脉粥样硬化发生率。结论:脂必安胶囊具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。

Study the effect of Zhibian capsule on rats experimental atherosclerosis intervention role

Objective: To observe the Zhibian capsule on rats experimental atherosclerosis intervention role.Methods: Using high fat diet plus balloon injury in rats surgery copy of atherosclerosis model,determination of the aorta plaques lesions classification,coronary artery disease incidence and atherosclerotic lesions and the degree of the aorta pathological examination.Results: Zhibian capsule can reduce lipid plaques of aortic atherosclerotic lesions level and area,reduce the intima thickness and expand the film thickness,reduce plaques jam lumen level,reduce the incidence of atherosclerosis.Conclusion: Zhibian capsule has the effect of atherosclerosis.
