| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜下咽鼓管插管治疗咽鼓管阻塞性病变围术期的疗效及护理方法。方法回顾性分析144例鼻内镜下行咽鼓管插管治疗的咽鼓管阻塞性病变病患者的临床资料,观察其疗效并探讨护理方法。结果 144例患者1次治愈30例,2次治愈86例,3次治愈28例。随访0.5～1年,治愈134例(93.1%),好转10例(6.9%),总有效率为100.0%。结论鼻内镜下咽鼓管插管是一种有效治疗咽鼓管阻塞性病变的手段,正确的护理配合有助于患者康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore treatment and nursing method of the nasal endoscopic eustachian tube intubation in treatment of eustachian tube obstructive lesion in perioperative period. Methods Retrospective analysed the clinical data of 144 cases patients with eustachian tube obstructive lesion by nasal endoscopic eustachian tube intubation treatment, observed the effect and discussed the nursing method. Results In 144 cases patients,one time cure 30 cases,two time cured 86 cases, three time cured 28 cases. Followed up for 0.5 ~ 1 years,cured 134 cases（93.1% ） ,improved 10 cases（6.9% ） ,the total ef- fective rate was 100.0%. Conclusion The nasal endoscopic eustachian tube intubation is an effective mean of treating eustachian tube obstruction lesion, proper nursing can help for the rehabilitation of patient. |
