妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤临床诊治分析

目的分析妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床诊断方法,以及对女性妊娠期的影响。方法对60例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的临床相关资料进行研究和分析。结果 60例患者未发现恶性肿瘤,均为良性。妊娠前经常规检查发现8例,孕中发现47例,剖宫产手术中发现5例。结论女性妊娠期发现卵巢肿瘤要及时进行相应的处理及治疗,如发生并发症,必须立即进行手术,并做病理分析。妊娠期女性要重视孕早期的常规检查,尽量做到早检测、早治疗,避免造成漏诊或误诊。盆腔检查和超声检查都是检测卵巢肿瘤的可靠且有效的方式。

Clinical diagnosis and treatment analysis of ovarian tumor in pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment method of ovarian tumor in pregnancy and impact on women during pregnancy. Methods Analysed the extract clinical data of 60 eases patients with ovarian tumor in pregnancy. Results 60 cases patients were not found malignant tumor, both were benign. Before pregnancy, through routine inspection found eight cases ,47 cases of pregnancy, took cesarean section found in five eases. Conclusion During pregnancy, women find ovarian tumor should be promptly make the appropriate handling and treatment, such as complication, must immediately for surgery, and pathological analysis. Pregnancy women must pay attention to the routine examination of the first trimester, as far as possible the early detection, early treatment, to avoid missed or misdiagnosed. Pelvic examination and ultrasound are reliable and effective way to detect ovarian tumor.
