| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针药结合对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者抑郁状态的影响。方法:将90例本病患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组40例。治疗组口服自拟补气化痰通络方结合表里两经并刺,对照组给予康复疗法,均治疗3周后观察两组疼痛、水肿及SDS评分变化情况。结果:两组治疗后在疼痛、手部水肿及SDS评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组在此3方面改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补气化痰通络法结合表里两经并刺法能明显改善脑卒中后肩手综合征患者抑郁状态,缓解疼痛和水肿。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the combined acupuncture and medicine therapy on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke in patients with depression effect.Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 50 examples,the control group of 40 cases.The treatment group treated by Tongluo decoction combined with phlegm supplement and two and the control group was given acupuncture,rehabilitation therapy,were treated for 3 weeks was observed after two groups of pain,edema,SDS score changes.Results: the treatment group in improving pain,edema,depression was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: fill the phlegm and dredging collaterals method combining inside and outside two and acupuncture has good clinical curative effect,can significantly improve the depressive state of patients with post stroke SHS. |
