药师干预对抗菌药物合理使用的影响研究

目的探讨药师干预对抗菌药物合理用药的影响。方法回顾性分析实施药师干预前的2010年和实施药师干预后的2011年5月我院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况。结果干预前组75例使用抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率为75.0%,干预后组65例使用抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率为65.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后组较干预前组住院天数明显缩短,抗菌药物费用明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施药师干预措施对临床合理运用抗菌药物具有积极影响,抗菌药物使用率、住院天数明显降低。

Effect of Pharmacist Interventions on Rational Use of Antimicrobial Agents

Objective To explore the rational use of antibiotics of pharmacist interventions on clinical study of the effect of. Methods the implementation of pharmacist interventions before 2010and the implementation of pharmacist intervention after the 2011 May my courtyard all inpatient records in the use of antibiotics were retrospectively analyzed. Results The use of antimicrobial drugs before the intervention group of 75 cases of antimierobial drug use was 75.0% after the intervention group, 65 cases of the use of antimierobial drugs, antimicrobial drug use was 65.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the intervention group compared with before the intervention group was significantly shorter length of hospital stay, the antibacterial drug costs significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion the pharmacist interventions on clinical rational use of antibiotics has positive effects, antibiotic use rate, length of hospital stay was significantly reduced.
