针对性护理干预对择期剖宫产产妇的影响

目的探讨针对性护理干预对择期剖宫产产妇的影响。方法将行择期剖宫产产妇90例随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组在此基础上剖析产妇心理特点,并实施针对性护理干预。观察2组护理满意度及抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,且SDS及SAS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在择期剖宫产产妇中,依据其心理特点,行针对性护理干预,可降低其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度,显著提高母婴生存质量。

Effect of targeted nursing intervention for elective cesarean section

Objective To investigate targeted nursing intervention for elective cesarean section. Methods 90 cases patients of elective cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 45 cases. Control group received routine care ; Observation group was based on analysis of maternal psychological characteristics, and implementa- tion of targeted nursing intervention. Observed nursing satisfaction and self-rating depression scale （ SDS）, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score of two groups. Results Nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the SDS and SAS score were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Elective ce- sarean section, according to their psychological characteristics, targeted nursing interventions can reduce anxiety and depression, to improve nursing satisfaction, significantly improving the quality of maternal and child survival.
