天麻素在脑出血治疗中的临床观察

目的探讨天麻素在脑出血治疗中的临床疗效。方法将120例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组58例。对照组仅予以常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用天麻素治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后血肿体积、NIHSS(美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表)评分。结果治疗组总有效率为88.7%,高于对照组的72.4%;2组治疗后14、21d血肿体积和NIHSS评分小于治疗前,且治疗组小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论天麻素用于脑出血,可显著促进血肿吸收,降低水肿程度,在早期治疗中具有显著疗效。

Clincal observation of gastrodin in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gastrodin in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 120 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group of 62 cases and control group of 58 cases.The control group was given conventional therapy,and the treatment group based on the control group was added with the gastrodin.The clinical effect and hematoma volume and National Institute of Health stroke scale（NIHSS） score in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates of treatment group was 88.7%,which was higher than 72.4% of the control group;after treatment,the hematoma volume in 14,21d and NIHSS score of the two groups were less than before treatment,especially in treatment group,the differents were statistically significant（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）.Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with gastrodin can significantly improve the absorption of hematoma and reduce the level of edema and has significantly clinic effectiveness in the treatment of early stage.
