门诊导医服务管理与实践探析

摘    要:目的探讨门诊导医服务管理与实践方法。方法对我院2011年1-12月病例资料与2010年1-12月的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果实施服务管理后患者护理满意度明显优于实施前,护理安全事件发生率明显低于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强门诊导医服务管理与实践工作,可显著降低护理安全事件的发生率,提高患者满意度,提高医院效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mothed of service management and practice of outpatient vaccine immunol. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of hospital from January to December 2011 and January to December 2010. Results Before the implementation of service management, patient care satisfaction was significantly improved, the inci- dence rate of care safety incident was significantly reduced, the difference were statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion To strengthen service management and practice of outpatient vaccine immunol, can significantly reduce the incidence rate of care safety incident, improve patient satisfaction, improve hospital and social benefits.
