祛风湿单味中药抗炎和镇痛作用分析

目的研究祛风湿单味中药的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法以生理盐水和阿司匹林为对照,采用ICR小鼠甩尾法、扭体法、腹腔毛细血管通透性法和耳肿胀法对六味中药(汉防己、旱半夏、络石藤、桑枝、桑寄生、海风藤)的镇痛和抗炎作用进行考察。结果实验表明:旱半夏、络石藤、桑枝及桑寄生组小鼠对疼痛的抑制率均在50%以上,对减缓小鼠疼痛起了一定作用;而海风藤、桑寄生和桑枝三味中药可减轻因致炎剂二甲苯而引起的小鼠耳肿胀程度,并加速消退。结论旱半夏和络石藤的镇痛效果明显,海风藤有一定的抗炎作用,而桑寄生和桑枝兼具抗炎和镇痛作用,汉防己则无明显效果。

Study on anti-inflammatory action and analgesic effect of single antirheumatic Chinese Medicine

Objective To study anti-inflammatory action and analgesic effect of six antirheumatic Chinese Medicine. Methods Used physiological saline and aspirin for the control, investigated the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect by the mouse tail flick method,torsion body method,peritoneal capillary permeability method and ear swelling method. Results The experimental results showed that ：Pinellia tuber, Chinese starjasmine stem, Taxillus chinensis danser and Mulberry twig group of mice on pain inhibition rate of more than 50%, to slow clown the mouse pain played a role; Kadsura pepper ＇stem, Taxillus chinensis danser and Mulberry twig cound reduce the extent of the proinflammatory agent xylene-induced ear edema in mice, and accelerate the dissipated. Conclusiori Pinellia tuber and Chinese starjasmine stem have obvious analgesic effect, and Kadsura pepper stem has some anti-inflammatory effect, Mulberry twig and Taxillus chinensis danser also have anti-inflammatory action and analgesic effect, but Tetrandrine has no significant effect.
