补虚颗粒成型工艺研究

摘    要:目的:探讨补虚颗粒的成型工艺条件。方法:以稀释剂种类、浸膏粉与稀释剂的比例、乙醇浓度及干燥温度为考察因素,以成型性、溶解性和有效成分保留率为指标,采用正交试验优选最佳成型工艺。结果:最佳制粒工艺为采用可溶性淀粉作为稀释剂,浸膏粉与可溶性淀粉比例为1∶1.5,用95%乙醇作为润湿剂制粒,60℃干燥颗粒。结论:本法确定成型工艺制备的颗粒剂溶解性好、有效成分保留率高,可为其生产提供依据。

Abstract:Objeetive: To ascertain the best formation process of buxue granules.Method: The formation process of buxue granules was optimized by orthogonal experiment design using type of diluent,ratio of dry extract to soluble starch,concentration of ethanol,drying temperature as factors with eligible ratio,solution and retention rate as index.Result: The optimal forming process were as follows: soluble starch was used as diluent,ratio of dry extract to soluble starch was 1 :1.5,95% ethanol was used as wetting agent,drying temperature was 60℃.Conclusion: Prepared granules have good solubility with the high retention rate of active component.The formation process is available for the development and production of buxue granules.
