胃十二指肠溃疡出血胃切除术后大出血的外科治疗分析

目的探讨胃十二指肠溃疡出血胃切除术后大出血的外科治疗方法。方法选择胃十二指肠溃疡出血胃切除术后大出血患者30例,就外科临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 30例患者中,治愈28例占93.3%,死亡2例占6.7%。手术后伤口感染1例,十二指肠残端瘘1例。结论针对胃十二指肠溃疡出血胃切除术后大出血病因进行分析,采取有效措施行针对性治疗,可明显改善临床效果。

Surgical treatment analysis of gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding postgastrectomy Hemorrhoea

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment method of gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding postgastrectomy hemorrhoea. Methods Chose 30 cases patients with gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding postgastrectomy hemorrhoea, retrospectively analyzed surgical clinical treatment. Results In 30 cases patients, cured 28 cases （93.3 % ） , died 2 cases （6.7 % ）. Post-operative wound infection 1 ease, duodenal stump fistula 1 case. Conclusion Analyze the cause of disease of gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding postgastrectomy hemorrboea, take effective measure to line targeted therapies can improve the clinical result.
