汗宁方颗粒治疗冠心病PCI术后气阴两虚汗证60例临床研究

目的:探讨汗宁方颗粒治疗冠心病PCI术后气阴两虚汗证的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:将符合纳入标准PCI术后气阴两虚型汗证的120例患者,按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组各60例,治疗组给予汗宁方颗粒治疗,对照组口服硫酸阿托品,治疗1周后,评定其临床疗效,并检测全血真性胆碱酯酶(AchE)含量。结果:治疗组证候疗效中显效率达63.3%,总有效率为90.0%,明显优于对照组的15.0%及65.0%(P<0.01)。两组日汗出时间、日汗出量及AchE含量均明显降低(P<0.01),但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组汗止时间明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:汗宁方颗粒能改善冠心病PCI术后汗证临床症状,明显改善汗出的客观指标,疗效确切。

Clinical study on hanning fang granule in treatment of 60 cad patients after pci with hidrosis differentiating as deficiency of both qi and yin

Objective:To study the clinical effects and mechanism of hanning fang granule in treatment of CAD(coronary artery disease) patients after PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention) with hidrosis differentiating as deficiency of both qi and yin.Method: 120 suitable patients were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in the treated group were treated with hanning fang granule and 60 patients in the control group were treated with atropine sulfate.The clinical effect was evaluated by checking the blood acetylcholinesterase(AChE) level considering as the indicator of efficacy.Results: the effectual rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group are 63.33% and 93.33%,evidently higher than those of the control group which are 15.00% and 65.00%(P<0.01).Both two groups reduced the time and amount of perspiration as well as the blood AChE level(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment time of the treatment group is obviously shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: hanning fang Granule has a definite curative effect for relieving the clinical symptoms and improving the objective indicator,and it is worthy of futher popularizing and application.
