38例糖尿病足患者临床特点及治疗体会

目的：分析糖尿病足（diabetic foot DF）临床特点及其治疗效果,为糖尿病足的防治积累经验。方法：对比分析糖尿病足组和非糖尿病足组的临床特点。对38例糖尿病足患者均经严格控制血糖,抗动脉粥样硬化,抗感染,改善微循环和局部清创治疗。其中12例股静脉注射山莨菪碱等介入治疗。部分病例多学科协作治疗。结果：与比非糖尿病足组比较,糖尿病足组病人年龄大、病程长,血糖控制差、尿蛋白多、血压高、电解质异常、并发症多,均有统计学差别。在糖尿病足组38例病人中,34例均取得满意疗效,4例患者行截趾手术,其中1例行截肢治疗。结论：糖尿病足患者具有年龄高、病程长、血糖控制差、电解质异常、并发症多等特点,治疗困难,应及早诊断,全身和局部治疗相结合,多学科协作治疗。

CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF 38 CASES OF DIABETIC FOOT

Objective：To analyze the clinical features and treatment of diabetic foot.Methods：The diabetic foot group was analyzed and compared with the non-diabetic foot group.38 cases of diabetic foot patients were subjected to stringent control of blood sugar,anti-atherosclerotic,anti-infection,improvement of microcirculation and local debridement,etc.Results：Compared with non-diabetic foot group,the patients of diabetic foot group were older Duration longer,poor glycemic control,higher urine protein and blood pressure,more electrolyte abnormalities and complications.Conclusion： The patients with diabetic foot are more severe treatment is difficult;early diagnosis,the combination of systemic and local treatment,and multi-disciplinary team treatment are important.
