PPH联合痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:比较PPH联合痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的临床效果。方法选择368例环状混合痔患者,随机分为治疗组(190例)和对照组(178例),分别采用PPH联合痔切除术和单纯痔切除术治疗,比较两组患者手术疗效和术后并发症情况。结果治疗组术后住院时间、创面愈合时间均明显优于对照组,而手术时间则无明显差别。其术后并发症中术后疼痛、肛门水肿、复发率明显低于单纯痔切除术组,而术后出血、肛门狭窄程度差别不大。结论 PPH联合痔切除术治疗环状混合痔,具有出血少、疼痛水肿轻微、恢复快、复发率低等优点,值得推广。

Curative effect observation of PPH combined with haemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of PPH combined haemorrhoidectomy in thetreatment of severe circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 368 patients with circular mixedhemorrhoids were randomly divided into the treatment group(190 cases)and control group(178 cases).The treatment group received PPH combined haemorrhoidectomy,while the control group received simplehaemorrhoidectomy.Curative effect and postoperative complications were compared between the groups.Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in hospitalized time and wound healingtime(P 〈0.05),but no difference in operation time was observed between the groups(P 〉0.05).As tothe postoperative complications,the incidence of postoperative pain,anal edema and recurrence in thetreatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P 〈0.05).There were no signifi cant differences in postoperative bleeding and anal stenosis between the groups(P 〉0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids,PPH combined with haemorrhoidectomy has the advantagesof less bleeding,slight pain and edema,rapid recovery and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of beingspread.
