摘    要:目的:比较钢板和矩形髓内钉固定对兔胫腓骨骨折成骨细胞内骨形态生成蛋白(BMP)含量的影响。方法:新西兰兔24只,对同一动物的两侧胫骨分别用矩形髓内钉和4孔不锈钢钢板固定,并分3批于固定后14、21、28d处死。用兔疫组化方法检测骨痂中成骨细胞中BMP的分布,用计算机图像分析系统将结果进行定量分析。结果:矩形髓内钉组骨痂中成骨细胞内BMP含量高于钢板组(P<0.05)。结论:矩形髓内钉内固定胫骨后骨痂含量增加可能与矩形髓内钉的微动有关,可能有利于骨折愈合。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the effects of rectangle-shaped intramedullary nailing on the bone morphogenetic protein content in osteoblast.Methods:Twenty-four New Zealand rabbits tibial fracture were internal fixed by RIM and plates,animals were killed in groups successively at 14,21,and 28 days,samples from bone callus of the fracture site were reacted with BMP-Ab by imunochemistry method.And the result were quantified by IAS.Results:BMP content in single cell from flexible fixation group were significantly higher than that of plating group ( p< 0.05).Conclusion:After RIM internal fixation,there is micromovement between the bone fragments,this may stimulate the secretion of BMP.And the increment of BMP secretion may lead to richer bone callus formation .
