| 摘 要： | 目的掌握陕西省宝鸡市布鲁氏菌病（布病）流行情况，评价防治效果，研究防治对策。方法收集宝鸡市基本资料，对1963—2008年布病发病、监测资料进行统计分析，研究流行趋势及变化原因。结果自1979年宝鸡市发现布病以来，发病多呈慢性过程，1963～1979年疫情不够稳定，时降时升；1980—1986年疫情比较稳定，且呈大幅下降趋势；人间1979—1983年无新发病人，1984—2001年散在发病，1988～1994年疫情比较活跃，局部（麟游县）呈现疫情活跃特征；经采取以畜间免疫为主的综合防治措施，疫情得以控制；2001年后无新发病例出现。结论宝鸡市布病流行特点为临床病例少、隐性感染率高；通过采取以畜间免疫为主的综合性防治措施和有计划地对人间职业人群进行计划免疫，对查出的患者及时进行治疗，疫情得以控制。
