太宁栓治疗内痔急性发作的临床观察

目的 :研究太宁栓治疗内痔急性发作的有效性及安全性。方法 :对 70例内痔病人采用随机、对照方法进行研究 ,其中 40例使用太宁栓 ,30例使用无黏膜保护剂的痔疮栓剂。结果 :治疗 48h后 ,太宁栓组出血、疼痛、瘙痒的减轻程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗 7d后太宁栓组出血、疼痛、瘙痒、水肿糜烂的减轻程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2组均未出现全身不良反应。结论 :太宁栓治疗内痔急性发作的临床效果明显 ,安全性高 ,无明显副作用。

A THERAEUTIC EVALUATION OF TITANOREINE SUPPOSITORY IN ACUTE EPISODES OF INTERNAL HEMORRHOIDS

Objective:To prospectively evaluate the efficiency and safety of the application of Titanoreine suppository for patients with acute episodes of internal hemorrhoids Methods:From Jan 2001 to Mar 2001,70 consecutive cases who went to outpatient department of general surgery for treatment were randomly enrolled into two groups Among them,40 were given Titanoreine suppository,and the remaining 30 received non topical protective supository as control group Each agent was given twice daily in the morning and at bedtime respectively Effects and responses were recorded on patients feedback,and the results were analysed and compared Results:48 hours after the treatment,Titanoreine group showed less bleeding,pain and itching than the non topical protective suppository group No systematic adverse reactions were found in both groups Conclusions:Titanoreine suppository is better than those conventional of using non topical protective suppository in relieving acute episode of hemorrhoids,and has no obvious side effects
