| 摘 要： | 文章从案例教学在医学微生物学教育中的设置和运用方法等方面，探讨了设置案例教学在教学过程中的优点及不足。发现在医药类院校的微生物教学中实施该教学法，能提高学生的学习兴趣，提高其思辨能力和人本精神，为医学微生物学教学改革提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | From the course setting and method of using case-study teaching in the medical microbiology,the article discussed its advantages and disadvantages,finding that carrying out such method can improve students' learning interest,their thinking and discriminating abilities and the humanism,thus giving some new opinions about the reform of the course system in the future. |
