| 摘 要： | 目的观察90Sr/90Y敷贴血管瘤治疗的效果。方法对814例血管瘤患者进行90Sr/90Y敷贴治疗。结果治疗血管瘤总有效率为88.45%,草莓状血管瘤有效率为92.22%,草莓状与海面状混合血管瘤有效率为81.53%。结论90Sr/90Y敷贴器敷贴治疗血管瘤是一种方法简单、易行、治疗时间短、疗效好、副作用少的治疗方法。不同种类、大小以及患儿的年龄都有不同的疗效,它可做为血管瘤的治疗的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effects of ^90Sr/^90Y application in treating hemangioma. Methods 814 csaes of hemangioma were treated with ^90Sr/^90Y application. Results The effective rate of treatment in 8 1 d cases hemangiomas was 88.45%. The effective rate of strawberry hemangioma was 92.22%. The effective rate of cavernous hemangioma was 81.53%, Conclusion The treaement of ^90Sr/^90Y application is a simple method with short curing time and good curative effect and little side-effect. It is one of the most efficiency methods in treating skin hemangioma. |
