| 摘 要： | 目的评估综合疗法治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法对118例（178眼）弱视患儿在治疗前进行常规远、近视力检查，散瞳后检查并判定弱视的类型、程度、注视性质，采用准确验光配戴眼镜法、遮盖法和压抑疗法，同时辅以精细目力训练、使用弱视治疗仪等方法进行综合治疗。结果118例（178眼）弱视患儿经1～58治疗后治愈117眼（65．7％），进步47眼（26、4％），无效14眼（7．9％）。结论儿童弱视治疗的疗效与弱视类型、年龄、程度、规范治疗、注视性质、疗程及患儿对治疗的依从性有密切关系，采用综合疗法治疗可收到满意疗效。
