襄樊市2006年疟疾疫情分析及抗疟措施

目的掌握襄樊市2006年疟疾流行态势,找出防治工作重点,为制定科学的抗疟措施提供依据。方法统计2006年各县(市)发病率,分析比较疟疾疫情及疟疾流行的三间分布。结果襄樊市2006年疫情报告疟疾发病1210例,发病率为22.2193/10万,与2005年的935例比较,上升28.87%,占湖北省疟疾病例数(1753例)的69.02%。其中枣阳、襄阳、老河口发病率居湖北省81个疫情报告单位的前三位。结论襄樊市的疟疾发病近几年一直是湖北省的主体部分,虽然通过积极防治有了大幅度下降,但疫情极不稳定,是目前湖北省疟防工作的重点。

Analysis of the Epidemic Situation and the Measures for Prevention and Control of Malaria in Xiangfan in 2006

Objective To study the epidemic situation of malaria in 2006 in Xiangfan,and provide scientific basis for the preventive and control measures.Method The morbidity of malaria in each county in 2006 was statistically analyzed.The pestilence status and the Three Intervals distribution of the epidemic tendency were compared.Result 1210 cases of malaria were reported in 2006 in Xiangfan.The morbidity was 2.22193/ten thousands,which was increased 28.87% compared with 935 cases in 2005,and was 69.02% of the total cases(1753 cases) in Hubei province.The top three epidemic areas amount the 81 epidemic areas with the highest morbidity were Zaoyang,Xiangyang and Laohekou.Conclusion Xiangfan is the major malaria epidemic area in Hubei province in the past few years.Although the prevalence is dropped after the implemented the control measures,the epidemic situation is not stable in this city and should the major area of controlling malaria in Hubei city.
