常规器械下胸腔镜治疗自发性血气胸55例

目的总结常规器械下使用胸腔镜治疗自发性血气胸的体会。方法对我院2001-05／2007-05收治的55例自发性血气胸患者在常规器械下采用胸腔镜治疗的临床资料进行总结、分析。结果本组55例经胸腔镜治疗后54例治愈，1例死亡。平均手术时间55min，术后平均住院时间7d，随访无复发病例。结论在常规器械下使用胸腔镜治疗自发性血气胸，避免了常规开胸手术以及使用一次性器械带来的高额费用，具有病人住院时间短、创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低等优点。

Treatment of spontaneous pneumohemothorax with thoracoscope and conventional equipment - A report of 55 cases

Aim To summarize the experience of treatment of spontaneous pneumohemothorax with thoracoscope and conventional equipment. Methods The clinic data of 55 cases admitted to our hospital and treated with thoracoscope equipment from May 2001 to May 2007 and analyzed. and conventional were summed up Results 54 out of 55 cases were cured after treatment with thoracoscope and 1 case died. The average operating time was 55 minutes; the average time of staying in the hospital was 7 days. No cases reoccurred during the follow-up. Conclusion Compared with conventional open-heart surgery and one-off instrument, using this method can avoid the high cost and has a lot of advantages such as short period of operating time, small lesion, little agony, fast recovery, few complications and low rate of reoccurrence.
