| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种处理模糊不确定问题的新方法——集对分析原理，并总结了几种联系度的几种计算方法，可为多目标决策中不确定性的描述与表达提供解决的思路，并应用卫生装备评估实例进行了不确定性的研究，建立了综合评估的数学模型，验证了多种联系度计算方法的实用性、有效性。

| Abstract: | A new method named SPA is introduced and several methods calculating consistent degree are summed up,providing a applicable thought with depiction of Indetermination.The case of demonstration of medical equipment based on these methods proves its applicability and validity. |
