3TSR抑制肿瘤血管生成的研究进展

近年来,肿瘤的生物治疗逐渐得到重视,其中备受关注的领域之一就是血管抑制剂的应用。人类凝血酶敏感蛋白-1（tThrombospondin 1,TSP-1）的1型重复序列（three thrombospondin-1 type 1 repeats,3TSR,TSRs）是从TSP-1中提纯的抗血管生成的功能结构域。3TSR作为一种较新的抗新生血管形成因子,保留了TSP-1抑制新生血管形成的功能,同时很大程度上降低了TSP-1其他功能引起的副作用。它可能通过诱导内皮细胞凋亡抑制新生血管生成。

Progress in the studies on 3TSR inhibiting angiogenensis of tumor

For the past few years,anti-angiogenic factors showed potent therapeutic effect on cancer by inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and may prove to be a promising agent for clinical cancer treatment.3TSR（three thrombospondin-1 type 1 repeats） is an anti-angiogenic domain,purified from human thrombospondin-1（TSP-1）.As a relatively new anti-angiogenic factor,3TSR retained the function of inhibiting the angiogenesis of TSP-1,while it largely reduced the side effects caused by other functions of TSP-1.3TSR may inhibit angiogenesis by inducing endothelial cell apoptosis.
