乳癌洞式仿根治术

目的：探讨乳癌根治新术式；方法：采用乳癌洞式仿根治术，在保留胸大小肌的同时，于紧靠胸锁关节处、沿胸大肌锁骨部和胸骨部肌间沟打开一小洞，直视下清扫尖组淋巴结及其周围脂肪组织；结果：９０例施此术的患者，１例死于远处转移，８９例至今均未见局部复发或远处转移，功能及外观均满意。结论：该术式腋淋巴结清扫彻底又无胸神经损伤，是一种简单有效的乳癌根治新术式。

Cavity Form of Imitating Radical Operation of Mastocarcinoma

Objective:To develope a new approach to radical operation on breast cancer.Method:Using a cavity form of imitating radical operation for breast cancer surgery,while the retoris major and musculus petoralis minor were retened,a small hole was opened at the site of intermuscular groove between the pars sternalis and pars clavicularis,along the petoris major and close to articalatis.Lymph nodes at the opical tissue and the surrounding adipose dissues were completedly removed.Results:Of 90 cases with breast cancer received this new approach operation,one patient died of remote metastasis,89 cases all showed normal and no local relapse or distal metastasis was observed;appearance and physical function were satifactory.Conclusion:With the new approach surgery operation described,axillary lymph nodes can be thoroughly removed without damage to nervi thoracales and,therefor it is a simple but effective operation technique for radical operation on breast cancer.
