数字化医院建设实施策略与思考

结合信息化领域的先进理念和自身发展的实际需要,在几年之内建成了比较完善的数字化医院体系。本文阐述了在建设过程中的五点策略和相关的思考。主要包括：数字化医院建设是一把手工程,要注重发挥党委和首长的领导决策作用;是管理与技术的统一,要注重抓好职能机关与信息科的协作;应用是建设的关键,在应用推进上要强调全员参与;需求牵引发展,要强调以医院为主导的医企合作,医院自身是建设的主角;要强调分部实施与整体设计相结合的建设策略,实现局部软件和数字化医院体系的协调统一,避免信息孤岛,发挥数字化整体效益。

Strategies and Consideration of Building up Digital Hospital

Combined with the latest theory of the informationization field and actual need of development,the author's hospital have built up a full digital hospital system within a few years. In this article five strategies and relevant consideration was described, mainly including: the construction of digital hospital was a "leader's project", so that the hospital's Party committee and leaders should be brought into play for decision-making; it was also " a unification of management and technology", so that the cooperation of the functional department and information department should be paying attention to; "application is a key to construction", so that "wholly participating" should be emphasizing in system implementation; "demand draught a development", so that collaboration between hospital and software company should also be emphasizing; and should emphasize combination of integral design and subsection implementation as the construction tactics, avoid the detached island of information, give play to the whole benefit of digitalization.
