10791例公务员超声体检结果分析

目的了解长沙市公务员健康状况及患病特点。方法对10791例公务员空腹超声检查肝胆胰脾双肾,体检结束后利用相关软件,对体检结果进行统计学处理。结果10791名公务员超声体检中共检出患病人数4377人,占参加体检人数的40.56%;脂肪肝检出率居首位,共检出1814例,占检出疾病构成的41.44%;胆囊结石居第二位,共393例,占检出疾病构成的8.98%;多数疾病随年龄增长而增加,中老年组高发,青年组也占一定比例。结论预防这些疾病应从青中年开始,注意合理均衡饮食,培养良好的工作生活习惯,适当体育锻炼。

Analysis of Ultrasonic Physical Examination Data of 10,791 Officials

Objective To investigate the health condition and pathological features of officials in Changsha City. Methods The examinee's liver, gall bladder, pancreas, spleen and kidney were examined ultrasonographically, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results Of the 10,791 examinees, 4,377 were found to have some health problems. The positive finding rate was 40.56%, among which the fatty liver was 1,814 cases, accounted for 41.44%, and gallstone accounted for 8.98%(393 cases). The mortality rate was increasing with age, the positive finding rates among the middle and old aged groups were higher; but certain diseases were also found among young examinees. Conclusions To prevent these diseases effectively, one should balance his diet, develop a good working and living habit as well as participate in proper physical exercises ever since in their youth.
