拔牙患者畏惧程度的问卷调查和分析

目的 调查分析患者对拔牙术的畏惧程度，为心理治疗提供帮助。方法 采用问卷调查方式，设计15个问题，由患者独立填写完成，对每个问题按评分标准计分，以例数、百分率、或得分均值进行比较或排列顺序。结果 重度畏惧中女性明显高于男性（P〈0．05）。45岁以下年轻成人属重度畏惧者居多（70．6％）。局部麻醉注射、检查叩击到患牙剧痛、用牙钳运动患牙脱住拔出，是畏惧程度最高的3个环节，排序分别为第7、第6、第5位。重度畏俱受亲友、同事和自身痛苦拔牙经历的影响较大。结论 患者对拔牙术各环节的畏惧程度不同，应针对拔牙术各方面，特别是对听过、看过或有痛苦拔牙经历者及上述畏惧程度最高的3个环节，做好心理疏导工作，以取得良好疗效。

Investigation and Analysis of Fear Extent Toward Tooth Extraction

Objective To determine the fear extent of patients undergoing tooth extraction, so as to provide a help for psychological therapy. Methods A survey with questionnaires including 15 problems was conducted. The questions were completed independently by the patients. Score for each problem were given according to score standard. The results were compared with number, Percentage or means of scores and the order was lined up by them. Results It was significantly higher among females than males for severe fear (P<0.05). Most of them were severe fear in adults below 45 years (70.6%). Local anesthesia tapping on a sore tooth and pulled out ill tooth with tooth forceps were three aspects of fear extent severely and were ranked as 7th, 6th, 5th for the fear. Severe fear was impacted greatly by the painful tooth extraction experiences of their relatives, associates and themselves. Conclusion The fear extent toward tooth extraction depends on the steps of the procedure. We ought to give patients a good psychological therapy about each aspect of tooth extraction, especially about the patient who heard of, saw or had an experience of painful tooth extraction and about three aspects of fear extent severely which was mentioned above, then a good curative effect can be got.
