复方补骨脂对羟基脲家兔激素水平的影响

目的观察复方补骨脂对羟基脲家兔激素水平的影响。方法将白兔21只随机分成3组:正常组每日按10 mL/kg体质量喂饲生理盐水;模型组每日以10 mL/kg体质量喂饲50 g/L羟基脲悬浊液;中药组每日按5 mL/kg体质量喂饲100 g/L羟基脲悬浊液,另加补肾阳中药煎剂5 mL/kg体质量。3组共饲喂7~10 d。放免方法测定血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平。结果模型组家兔造模后血中E2含量从造模前(2.10±0.84)μg/L降低至(0.25±0.09)μg/L,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);T含量由造模前(10.5±0.38)ng/L降低至(0.36±0.18)ng/L,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);E2/T比值造模前后变化无显著性差异。中药组造模加中药治疗后E2含量为(1.92±0.92)μg/L,与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);血中T水平为(1.28±1.24)ng/L,与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论复方补骨脂对羟基脲家兔激素水平有明显的保护作用。

The influence of fructus psoralea on the hormone of rabbits injected with hydroxyurea

Objective It is to observe the influence of fructus psoralea on the hormone of rabbits injected with hydroxyurea.Methods 21 rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly with 7 cases each group.According to the weight of the rabbit,the normal group was fed with physiological saline 10 mL/kg;the model group was fed with 50 g/L hydroxyurea suspension 10 mL/kg;the Chinese medicine group was fed with 100 g/L hydroxyurea suspension 5 mL/kg and 5 mL/kg kidney yang reinforcement medicine decoction.All groups were treated for 7 days.The levels of serum estrogen(E2) and serum testosterone(T) were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results In the model group,the level of E2 was(2.10±0.84) μg/L before treatment and was reduced to(0.25±0.09) μg/L after the treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.01).The level of T was reduced from(1.05±0.38) ng/L to(0.36±0.18) ng/L after the treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on the value of E2/T before and after treatment.In the Chinese medicine group,the level of E2 was(1.88±0.56) μg/L before treatment and was(1.92±0.92) μg/L after the treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The level of T in the blood before the treatment was(1.54±1.02) ng/L,and was(1.28±1.24) ng/L after the treatment,there was no significant difference.Conclusion Fructus psoralea has an obvious protection effect on the rabbits injected with hydroxyurea.
