云南白药气雾剂联合家庭护理治疗急性踝关节扭伤效果观察

目的 观察云南白药气雾剂联合家庭护理治疗急性踝关节扭伤的效果.方法 选择2012年4月至2013年4月浙江省台州市黄岩区中医院骨科门诊确诊为急性踝关节扭伤患者122例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,每组61例.对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊1粒/次,2次/d,口服,疗程14d;观察组采用云南白药气雾剂联合家庭护理,云南白药气雾剂1～2喷/次,间隔3 min再喷,3次/d,疗程14 d.14d后评价疗效,比较2组有效率和临床症状积分.结果 观察组临床控制23例、显效18例、有效16例、无效4例,有效率为93.4％（57/61）;对照组临床控制14例,显效21例,有效13例,无效13例,有效率为78.7％（48/61）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.44,P＜0.01）;治疗前观察组临床症状积分为（12.2±1.6）分,对照组为（12.5±1.3）分,差异无统计学意义（t=0.54,P＞0.05）;治疗1周后,观察组临床症状积分（6.5±1.6）分,对照组（7.2±1.6）分,差异有统计学意义（t=2.23,P＜0.05）;治疗2周后,观察组临床症状积分（3.4±1.4）分,对照组（4.3±1.4）分,差异有统计学意义（t=3.67,P＜0.01）.结论 云南白药气雾剂联合家庭护理治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效确切.

Efficacy of Yunnan baiyao aerosol associate with family nursing in treatment of acute ankle sprain

Objective To observe the effect of yunnan baiyao aerosol associate with family nursing in treatment of acute ankle sprain.Methods Totally 122 patients with acute ankle sprain in department of orthopaedics of Taizhou Huangyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province from April 2012 to April 2013; according to their consulting order,the odd number was as the observation group and the even number was as control group,with 61 cases in each group.Patients in control group were taken ibuprofen sustained-release capsules 1 pills each time,2 times a day for 2 weeks.Patients in observation group had yunnan baiyao aerosol associate with family nursing for 2 weeks.Therapeutic effects and the clinical symptoms scores were compared after 2 weeks.Results In the observation group,23 cases were clinically controlled; 18 cases were remarkably effective; 16 were effective,4 were ineffective and the effective rate was 93.4% （57/61）.In the control group,14 cases were clinically controlled; 21 cases were remarkably effective; 13 were effective and 13 were ineffective; the effective rate was 78.7% （48/61）.There was significant difference in therapeutic effect between the observation group and the control group （χ2 =7.44,P 〈 0.01）.Before treatment,the clinical symptoms score was （12.2 ± 1.6）in the observation group and （12.5 ± 1.3）in the control group;there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group（t =0.54,P 〉0.05）.After 1 week treatment,the clinical symptoms score was（6.5 ± 1.6） in the observation group and （7.2 ± 1.6） in the control group ; there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group（t =2.23,P 〈0.05）.After 2 weeks treatment,the clinical symptoms score was（3.4 ± 1.4）in the observation group and （4.3 ±1.4）in the control group; there was signific ant difference between the observation group and the control group （t =3.67,P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Yunnan baiyao aerosol associate with
