降脂宁颗粒薄层鉴别研究

摘    要:目的:建立降脂宁颗粒中山楂、荷叶、决明子的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法,薄层板选用硅胶G板,采用合适的溶剂展开后,在紫外仪下,根据特征峰的位置检测相应药物是否存在。结果:山楂特征成分熊果酸、荷叶和决明子薄层图谱均在相应位置与降脂宁颗粒薄层图谱呈现同样的特征点。在规定的色谱条件下,各峰分离效果好,斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰。结论:研究建立的方法重现性好,操作简单,特异性强,可用于降脂宁颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:To establish an identification method of thin layer of hawthorn,lotus leaf and cassia seed in the Jiangzhining Granules.Methods:Using thin layer chromatography,silica G plate for thin layer plate.Results:Selecting identification methods for thin layer of constituents with hawthorn characteristic like ursolic acid,lotus leaf and cassia seed.Under the specified chromatographic condition,the separation is good,spots are clear,and there is no interference in negative sample.Conclusion:The method established in the research is with good reproducibility and easy to operate,which can be used to identify the thin layer of Jiangzhining Granules.
