六步奶结疏通法治疗产后积乳症疗效观察

目的：探讨六步奶结疏通法治疗产后积乳症的临床疗效.方法：将246例产后积乳症产妇随机分为治疗组124例和对照组122例,治疗组采用六步奶结疏通法治疗,对照组给予吸乳器吸乳治疗.观察比较两组疗效、乳腺炎及乳头损伤发生率.结果：治疗组总有效率为99.19％,对照组总有效率为81.15％,两组总有效率比较差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）.治疗组乳腺炎发生率及乳头损伤发生率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论：六步奶结疏通法治疗产后积乳症临床疗效好,并发症少,值得临床推广应用.

Observation on the Curative Effect of Six-step Galactostasis Dredge Massage Therapy in Treatment of Postpartum Galactostasis

Objective：To explore the curative effect of Six-step galactostasis dredge massage therapy in treatment of postpartum galactostasis. Methods： A total of 246 parturient women with galactostasis were randomly divided into treatment group （ 124 women） and control group （ 122 women）,the parturient women in treatment group were treated with ＂Six-step galactostasis dredge massage therapy＂, while the women in control group were treated with electronic absorption pump. The curative effects, incidences of mammitis,and the incidences of nipple injury in the two groups were observed. Results：The total effective rate of galactostasis in treatment group was 99.19%, respectively; while the total effective rate of galactostasis in control group was 81.15%, respectively, there was significant difference in the effect rate between the two groups （P〈0.01） . The incidence of mammitis and nipple inju ry in treatment group were all significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.01） . Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Sixstep galactostasis dredge massage therapy is good in treatment of postpartum galactostasis and less complications, which is worthy to be popularized.
