摘    要:目的:优选川芎配方颗粒提取工艺,建立咖啡酸和阿魏酸含量的测定方法.方法:以正交试验优选川芎配方颗粒的提取工艺,采用HPLC建立其咖啡酸、阿魏酸含量测定方法.结果:优选出川芎配方颗粒提取工艺为10倍量水,浸泡0.5h,每次1h,提取3次;咖啡酸和阿魏酸HPLC测定方法为:流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(14∶86);检测波长:323nm;流速:1.0mL/min,理论板数按阿魏酸峰计算应不低于4 000.结论:该提取工艺有效成分提取效率高,质量控制方法稳定可行,可作为川芎配方颗粒生产和质量控制的科学依据.

Abstract:Objective: Optimization of extraction process of Chuanxiong formula granule, establish Coffee acid and method to deter mine the content of ferulic acid. Methods : The optimum extraction process of Chuanxiong formula granule by orthogonal test, using HPLC to establish a method for determination of the Coffee acid, ferulic acid. Results:To optimize the extraction process of Chuanxiong formula granule was 10 times the volume of water, soak 0.5h, lh each time, extracting 3 times; for the determination of Coffee acid and ferulic acid in mobile phase acetonitrile HPLC: -0.1 % phosphate (14:86); the detection wavelength: 323nm; flow rate: 1.0mL/min, according to the number of board of ferulic acid peak calculation should not be less than 4 000. Conclusion: The effective components of the extraction efficiency is high, the quality control method is stable and feasible, and can be used as a scientific basis for Chuanxiong formula granule production and quality control.
