| 摘 要： | 目的：研究针灸结合康复训练治疗中风后遗症患者的临床疗效。方法：选取150例处于中风恢复期14天至1个月的患者为研究对象,应用随机数表法将其分为针灸结合康复训练组、单纯针灸组和单纯康复训练组,分别采用相应的方法进行治疗,分析比较治疗效果。结果：针灸结合康复训练组患者的痊愈率显著高于单纯针灸组和单纯康复训练组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义,但三组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：针灸结合康复训练治疗中风后遗症有较好的临床效果,可提高治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To Study the clinical effect of the treatment of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on stroke patients.Methods：select 150patients patients whose stroke recovery period are 14days～1months as the research object,randomly divided into acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group,acupuncture group and simple rehabilitation training group,to compare thetreatment results,and make a statistical analysis.Results：Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group significantly better than the therapeutic effect of acupuncture group and simple rehabilitation training group.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has a good therapeutic effection the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy,in clinical work,can be applied to. |
