前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液治疗淤胆型肝炎临床疗效观察

目的：观察前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液治疗淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将72例淤胆型肝炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例,其中对照组单用丹参注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用前列地尔注射液治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗后ALT、TBIL和GGT水平分别为（45.43±8.19）U/L、（52.88±5.64）μmol/L和（84.89±5.47）U/L,与治疗前及对照组比较均显著降低,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液治疗淤胆型肝炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者肝功能,具有较好的临床应用价值。

The Clinical Efficacy of Alprostadil Injection Combined with Danshen Injection in the Treatment of Cholestatic Hepatitis

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection combined with Danshen injection in treatment of cholestatic hepatitis.Methods：72cases of cholestatic hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups,36cases in each group,the control group was given Salvia injection,while the observation group combined alprostadil injection based on the control group,the clinical results were compared.Results：The ALT,TBIL and GGT levels after treatment were（45.43±8.19）U/L,（52.88±5.64）μmol/L and（84.89±5.47）U/L,were significantly lower than before treatment and the control groups,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection combined with Danshen injection in treatment of cholestatic hepatitis was significant,can effectively improve liver function,with good clinical applications.
