留针时间与针刺效应关系概述

研究《黄帝内经》中关于针刺的内容，探讨留针时间的源流和依据，分析《黄帝内经》和现代研究对留针的认识及针刺效应与留针时间的关系。目前关于留针时间与针刺效应关系的临床和实验研究尚缺乏深入系统的机制探索，应继续进行客观化实验研究，并在循证医学模式指导下进行规范化临床研究。优化针灸治疗各种病症的最佳留针时间，以期提高临床疗效，促进针灸学的临床应用。

Research of Needle Retaining Time and Accupuncture Effect

Through the study of Huangdi Neijing,We are considered the source and basis of needle retaining time. We are analyzed the relationship between acupuncture effect and needle retaining time in Huangdi Neijing and the later generations. At present, there is only a little clinical study and experimental study on the relationship between acupuncture effect and needle retaining time. A credi- ble objective experimental studies and a multicenter, large sample, randomized control trial accroding the guidance of Evidence-based Medicine should continue. Optimize the needle retaining time of acupuncture therapy in order to improve the acupuncture effect, and promotes the development of acupuncture and moxibustion science.
