中医诊疗过敏性鼻炎古今异同

过敏性鼻炎是临床常见多发病,属于中医“鼻鼽”病范畴.古代医家在千百年的实践中积累了对该病病因病机的认识及治疗的宝贵经验,大部分药方一直沿用至今.然而随着时代的不同,人类自身的身体素质、自然环境都在变化,使得该病在现代的病因病机及治疗也随之产生变化.通过收集整理文献的方法对古今医家诊疗过敏性鼻炎异同做初步探析,以求服务于临床.

Analysis of Ancient and Modern TCM on Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis is recognized as a common clinical multiple disease which belongs to TCM ＂allergic rhinitis＂ disease cate-gory. Ancient TCM doctors through thousands of years of practice accumulated valuable experiences for the understanding of patho-genesis and treatment of this disease, most herbs have been used since then, but with the development of the times, both the qualityof the human body and the natural environment have changed which making the modern disease pathogenesis and treatment also dif-ferent. In this paper, through collecting ancient and modern literature concerning allergic rhinitis to preliminary analysis of the simi-larities and differences, in order to serve the clinic.
