| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨抗菌药物合理使用对多重耐药菌感染发生率的影响.方法：采用干预措施,观察和探讨合理使用抗菌药物对多重耐药菌感染发生率的影响.结果：经治疗,干预组患者多重耐药菌感染发生率为0.95％,明显低于对照组的2.57％,比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：合理使用抗菌药物可有效降低多重耐药菌感染的发生率,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of rational use of antibiotics on multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection incidence. Methods ： To analyze the infection of multi-resistant bacteria retrospectively before and after the intervening measures of rational use of antibiotics in the department of respiration. Results ： The infection incidence of multi-resistant bacteria in the control group was 2.57 %, and intervention group was 0.95%. The difference of them was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Rational use of antibiotics can reduce the incidence of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection. |
