摘    要:目的:建立香菊胶囊中黄酮总含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,检测波长525nm,以线性、精密度、重现性、稳定性、回收率等作为效能指标,进行方法学验证。结果:回归方程为Y=0.476OX-0.0037,r=0.9998,化香树果序黄酮总含量在0.2012~1.0030mg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD-1.83%。结论:该方法灵敏快速,准确可靠,可用于香菊胶囊中黄酮成分总合量的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the determination method for total flavonoids from Xiangju Capsule. Methods:The contents of total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry at detection wavelength of 525 nm with rutin as standard substance, u- sing linear ity and linear range, accuracy, reproducibility, selectivity as the performance parameters. Results:The linear regression e quation was Y:0. 476 0X-0. 003 7(r:0. 999 8). The linear range of rutin were 0. 201 2~1. 003 0rag with average recovery of 98.2% (RSD= 1.83 %, n= 6). Conclusion:This method is sensitive, accurate and rapid, which can be used for quality control of to- tal flavonoids in Xiangju Capsule.
