宁夏某高校大学生牙周健康状况与焦虑心理因素相关性的研究

目的了解宁夏某高校大学生牙周健康状况及其焦虑情况，并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用全国第3次口腔健康调查表及由Spielberger于1983年编制的状态一特质焦虑量表（STAI），对宁夏某高校大学生的一般资料、牙周健康状况及焦虑情绪进行相关调查，应用SPSS17．0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果宁夏某高校大学生牙周炎组状态焦虑（SAI）指数分值为40．34±7．188，特质焦虑（TAI）指数分值为41．81±7．064，牙周炎组SAI与TAI指数分值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。不同性别、民族、专业的大学生在牙周炎组SAI、TAI指数差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而在对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论宁夏某高校大学生牙周状况及心理健康情况不容忽视，并发现牙周炎与焦虑存在相关性。

Correlationship between periodontal health status and anxiety of college students in Ningxia

Objective To find out the periodontal health status and anxiety situation of college students in Ningxia,and to ex- plore the relationship between them, so as to provide the basis for adolescent＇ etiology of periodontal disease and mental health education of Ningxia. Methods The general information of college students,periodontal status and anxiety were investigated in this study by The Third National Oral Health Survey and State -Trait Anxiety Inventory （STAI） which was drew up by Spielberger in 1983. And the data was analyzed. Results The state anxiety （SAI） scores of periodontitis group was 40.34± 7.188 ;the trait anxiety （TAI） was 41.81 ±7. 064. The SAI and TAI scores of the periodontitis group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05） ;There was significant difference in SAI and TAI scores of periodontitis group in different gender, ethnic, specialty, while the control group was not （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ningxia college students＇periodontal health and mental health cant be ignored, and there is a straight -line correlation be- tween periodontitis and anxiety.
