封闭式负压引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床观察

因高位肛周脓肿一次性根治手术难度较大，为寻求一种微创、不损害肛门功能和外观、患者痛苦小的手术方式，将30例高位肛周脓肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组15例采用传统切开引流术治疗；治疗组15例在传统切开引流术的基础上，采用闭式负压引流术治疗。结果显示，两组术后在疼痛评分、肛门失禁评分、创口愈合时间方面比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治愈率及脓肿复发率两组比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，应用闭式负压引流治疗高位肛周脓肿可以明显缩短治疗时间，减轻患者的痛苦，提高患者满意度。

Clinical Observation on Vacuum Sealing Drainage for High Perianal Abscess

It is rather difficult to cure high perianal abscess with primary surgical procedure, so authors want to explore a minimally invasive surgical procedure,without damage to anal function and appearance, and less pain of patients, 30 cases of this disease were randomized into treatment group and control group, 15 cases for each. Control group received conventional incision drainage,while treatment group underwent vacuum sealing drainage in addition. The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups in pain score,anal incontinence score and wound healing time（ P 〈0.05）. No significant differ- ence was found in curative rate and recurrence of abscess （ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that vacuum sealing drainage for high perianal abscess can obviously shorten treatment course,reduce pain and improve patient ＂s satisfaction.
